（早番出勤⇒始発の車内、宿泊勤務⇒ホテルの暗い部屋の中、朝ミーティング⇒スタバ 等々）
朝日を浴びて摂る朝食ってすばらしい!!
自家製玄米パン、よつ葉バター、グレープフルーツ、紅茶。

☆友人Elina's book
フィンランドに住む私の友人が本を出しました。
彼女の伯父さんは、フィンランドでは、
自然を撮る写真家として有名な方のようで、
その伯父さんの撮る野鳥の写真に、彼女が詩を綴っています。
今回彼女は初めて詩・本を出版しましたが、クリエイティブな面がとても
優れていて、編物や手芸が大得意。
私はいつも彼女の作品を見ると、ドキドキ・ワクワクして、ぱあっと眼が開きます。
今回の作品もそんな作品。
手に取った瞬間から、宝物を手にした気分。
野鳥の写真と、色と文字の組み合わせ方が、さすがフィンランド人というかんじ。
日本ではお目にかかれなそうな日本人にとっては斬新な作品。
あまり野鳥に興味はなかったけれど、自然の世界に引き込まれそうな気分です。
彼女には３歳になる女の子がいます。
小さな子でも音を聞いて楽しめる詩にしたかったと言っていたので、
詩は全てフィンランド語で、どんなことが書かれているのかわからないけれど、
私も文字を声に出してみて、音を楽しんでいます。
「ティウ-ティッカー パロカリキリッカ スルハスタンサ ホプッター」
ちなみに、基本的に、フィンランド語は単語を読む時は、アクセントが始めにあります。
例えば、日本人はフィンランドの首都ヘルシンキを、ヘルシンキと同じリズムで
読みますが、フィンランド人は、ヘルシンキと読みます。

A friend of mine has published her first book called "Loruja Linnuista" in Finland.
Her uncle is a famous nature photographer in Finland and
this is a collaboration work with his photographs and her poems.
Mainly the pictures are from wild birds.
She is very creative person, and is very good at knitting, handicraft, and so on.
I always feel her work uplifts my spirits because they make me so happy and feel like ‘life is fun and joyful’.
Of course this book is one of them.
So, when I got this book from her, I felt like I was holding a precious thing.
The combination of wild birds’ pictures, color, writings are just amazing.
To me, it looks like “Made in Finland”.
I think it’s hard to find something like this in Japan.
I wasn’t a big fan of birds, but I was very impressed at their beauty and actually I love them.
She is a mother of 3 years old daughter.
She told me that she wanted to write poems that small children can also enjoy by listening to the sound of the words, so I also enjoy reading aloud, although I can’t totally understand what their mean.
Anyway, lots of love to her.
